The fastest way to bypass what a food company wants you to see is to go straight to the ingredient label.

This doesn’t tell you the whole story, but, it does tell you what you are putting into your body.

It’s not possible to completely ‘ignore’ everything else on the package, but, you can train your mind to pause.

Don’t make any judgments. Don’t believe anything.

Simply read the ingredients, every time, and you’ll be a smarter food shopper than 90% of the food shoppers I observe.
