There’s Always a Way

There’s always a way to get your exercise in. 

You don’t have to go to sleep at 9 PM, wake up at 4:30 AM, and lift weights for an hour before breakfast or work.  (I do this.)

You don’t even have belong to a gym. (I do not.)

You can simply do a few burpees before you take a shower.

That’s all it takes. No equipment. Five minutes.  

Find a way.
