Breaking Health Labels

The problem with labeling your diet is that the moment you label it, this is the very same moment in which you draw a line in the sand.

A line which you cannot cross, unless, you want to ‘break’ your label.

Your body, wants, needs, desires, and positions are always changing. As a result, it much less stressful to simply eat what works best for you, today.

It’s not as easy as slapping a label on things.

It will take more work. You’ll have to be introspective.  You’ll have to track how you feel and perform. You will make mistakes.

But if you’re honest, it achieves results, and it lasts without breaking.

You can’t break what is unbounded.
