I grew up playing video games for hours on end.
It seems this only progresses more each generation.
My kids get plenty of screen time, and we play video games together.
After the thousands of hours I logged, I can teach them one important lesson: how to know when to stop.
There are signs to be aware of: growing levels of frustration; passing preset time limits; excuses & justifications (internal or external).
The games inherently pull you to keep playing through these feelings.
But it is up to you to make the decision.
