How To Be Satisfied Before You Are Full

I’ve said before that single-pointed focus is my ‘secret weapon’.

When you turn all of your energy into one thing, you can accomplish anything.

Here is one example, specifically tuned to eating and nutrition:

When was the last time you really slowed down to enjoy and appreciate every bite of food?

That means: every bite, no cellphones, no distractions*, chewing well, not worrying about the time, what you need to do, or where you need to go.

If you really practice this – and, it’s not easy, I have tried – you’ll probably find that you’re satisfied before you are full.

Changing what you eat is not always the answer.

Changing how you eat can be quite powerful.

*Good company & conversation is not a distraction. Those things go hand in hand with satisfying meals.
