Balancing Your Health

The number one, most important thing in your life is your health.

That’s the reason for this blog.

It’s more important than your family, or your job.

Now, that might offend your spouse, or your boss.

But, here’s the thing: it shouldn’t.

Your family and your job are both vital parts of your health.

But your health is more than those two things. It has other components. It is constantly evolving. It must be supported by your family and your job.

In turn, you must support them. You put your love, time, and effort into them. Rightly so.

And the best way for you to be able to do that, it to keep an eye on your overall health.

So, it’s a little bit circular, but, that’s exactly the point.

No one thing should ever completely unbalance the others, or, worse, the entire picture.

So, to repeat: 

The number one, most important thing in your life is your health.

And if it ever feels like that is suffering because you’re too unbalanced in one area, then, remember that there are always small, simple steps you can take to bring balance back.
