I could help you lose weight in a very short period of time; 21 days, perhaps even less … perhaps as little as a week.

I could ask you to commit to a thirty-day program, and, achieve some awesome results.

But I don’t want to waste my time, or yours.

Three months is the minimum I would ask you to work with me as your Health Coach.

One year is ideal.

You see, it’s not about getting to one particular point.

It’s about getting on the path to ultimate health, and staying there, with as little effort as possible.

After three months, you wouldn’t need me to be very hands-on.

But you would, hopefully, have ingrained good habits that won’t break.

After one year, you would be transformed for the rest of your life.
