For any weightlifter, bodybuilder, or athlete, this is an ongoing debate.
But there is a lot to know about dairy, and, specifically, how that all ties into your body, training, and life, is the only thing that matters.
The simplest thing I can tell you is this: if you find that dairy works for you, then, be sure to invest in the highest quality dairy you can find. Organic, grass fed is best.
