Here’s when I feel the strongest:
About three hours after waking up, after a full night’s sleep (7-8 hours), the next day after a good workout, and if that prior day was also a good day for nutrition, career, and spirituality.
All of those things must be true for me to be at my strongest the following morning.
Make no mistake: if you are training hard, as I do, you must train hard in ALL areas of your life.
Not just in one.
