Your Health Is A Journey

Our culture is heavily dominated by a focus on the individual.

There is a lot of pressure on us to ‘stand for something’, or to ‘be a part of this tribe or that tribe.’

It’s possible that this permeates our lives so much, from the time we were young, that the idea of simply being on a journey has become foreign, to many of us.

You never have to be pinned down to began Vegan, or gluten-free, or Paleo.

You never have to find only one diet that works.

You only have to be, and hopefully, always be learning & improving on that.
