Momentary Eating

For as long as I can remember, going all the way back to my childhood, just about every single time I took a bite of food, I had no so much as chewed that bite once, before I was already reaching for the following bite.

Occasionally, yes, there were moments of slower paced enjoyment.

But, those were rare.

Here’s the thing: they don’t have to be.

Make it a rule.

Put down your fork after every bite. Release it completely from your hands. Do not pick it up until you have finished chewing that bite.

How simply you can revolutionize your health.

And, it’s free.
