I’ve seen lots of conflicting dietary advice, and, that makes sense, because bodies differ.
So, no one piece of advice will work for everyone. And certainly, no one diet will work for everyone.

- Pre VS Post-Workout Nutrition
- Keto VS Carbs
The list goes on. I’ve even seen research which shows that high fructose corn syrup is not bad for you.
One thing I try to keep in mind is that, truth never really lies at either far end of the spectrum.
In fact, many people who sit in far opposite ‘camps’ actually agree on more than they may realize.
So, how can you sift through all of the advice out there, and find what’s true?
What’s true is what works.
Not what anyone else tells you works.
