Where Do You Want To Be?

I’m often asked ‘how should I train’ or ‘what kind of program should I do in the gym’?

The first question I always ask in return is: what do you want to get out of the training?

Most people don’t know. And that’s OK.

What’s not OK is to just go and start a program, unless you know where it’s going to take you, and, if that is really where you want to be.
