Here are three different kinds of exercise goals I’ll ask you to consider before you go to the gym today.
- Do you want to become a beast, an unstoppable machine who is lean, agile, strong, tough, and fears nothing?
- Do you want to become flexible, resistant to injury, light on your feet, and mobile, now and into your older years?
- Do you want to simply change the way your body looks, in different types of clothes, and feel confident in your image?
Those are just three; I could ask a few more.
You can see that there are different types of training for different desired outcomes.
In fact, it might be possible to achieve a few of those goals with little or no equipment, or gym membership at all.
