3 Types Of Training

Here are three different kinds of exercise goals I’ll ask you to consider before you go to the gym today.

  1. Do you want to become a beast, an unstoppable machine who is lean, agile, strong, tough, and fears nothing?
  2. Do you want to become flexible, resistant to injury, light on your feet, and mobile, now and into your older years?
  3. Do you want to simply change the way your body looks, in different types of clothes, and feel confident in your image?

Those are just three; I could ask a few more.

You can see that there are different types of training for different desired outcomes.

In fact, it might be possible to achieve a few of those goals with little or no equipment, or gym membership at all.
