Pursuant to yesterday’s post, there is no finish line at which you will ever achieve ‘health’.
No podium, no state of being, no amount of weight you can lift, no percentage of body fat goal … no single marker, date, or time when you will ever be ‘done’, and at which health will be ‘achieved’.
You may get into a state of health which is almost on auto-pilot, and perhaps not much more than some maintenance is required to maintain your health. But that would likely only be after years of practicing and ingraining excellent habits into your life, to the point at which they become automatic.
But, you will never be done. Not while you are alive.
