It is not possible to define ‘health’ perfectly.
Health is an active process. What make you healthy today, may not tomorrow.
What is possible is to proactively maintain your health, continuously, adapting and learning as you proceed.
And certainly, there are several elements, or basic tenets, if you will, that, as best we know, provide the foundation for being healthy. Such as:
- A spiritual practice
- Good relationships
- Quality nutrition
- Proper exercise
- Learning & growth
- Living with purpose
… and we can debate or shuffle those as we see fit.
But there is no single picture, image, book, diet, podcast, or person that can tell you what health is for you.
Not even me.
