When I’m early for my train, I do standing forward folds on the platform.
When my kids are at the park playing with other kids, I do pull-ups on the monkey bars.
When my kids are subbed out during their soccer games, I play soccer on the sideline behind the parents sitting in chairs.
Generally these little opportunities for extra movement and exercise garner a comment.
‘How do you have so much energy?’ or, ‘That’s Matt, he’s a weirdo.’
If that makes me an oddball, awesome.
My question to you is, when there’s an unused field of grass, a free set of monkey bars, or a few minutes of downtime, why aren’t you working on your body?
