On Not Feeling Anxious

It’s not easy to give in to the idea that you do not exist. At least not in the traditional sense.

I’ve read it over and over again in books, and meditated on it for hours. 

Yet I still only have moments where I experience the feeling. 

That is, the feeling that I am not I, but rather, part of a much greater thing, which includes you. 

This feeling is one which immediately alleviates all anxiety.  

The best way I can suggest for you to feel it is not to try and feel it. 

Instead, try not to feel the opposite.
