The key part of ‘being healthy’ that many people miss is, very simply, the being.
When you try too hard to be healthy, and search for magical tools, drinks, programs, pills, books, or diets to get you there, you can miss the point.
There is no ‘healthy’ without simply being complete. This of course includes resting, loving, moving, and eating complete foods.
But it is all of those things – never just one.
When you stip fragmenting your being, you cease to do anything unhealthy, because you being taking care of your whole self.
