Covering Up

I have been struggling a bit with the daily blog lately because, while the topic of Customer Service is near & dear to my heart – I live it every day – it is not the topic that I truly want to do on my own blog, when I am not at work.

Any time that you are not listening to your heart, this is a form of ‘covering up’, rather than opening up (to what’s really important to you).

Now, if something is really important to you, and, it can help someone else, then you have a topic to blog about.
