Changing. Fast.

Customer Service will be here in ten years, but it won’t be the same.

In fact, it’s already the case that algorithms are better at order processing, and making suggestions, than you. 

But those aren’t the only aspects of Customer Service.  

If empathy, big-picture thinking, problem solving, and idea generation are not areas you are comfortable with now, get comfortable. 

Because those kinds of things are what Customer Service will be, soon.
