Small Print

There’s a lot you can put in the small print.

  • What your Client can’t have, but, probably will want. 
  • What your Client is likely to pay for later, and possibly be surprised.  
  • Rules and procedures to protect yourself, and blame the Client, down the road.

But how much small print can you purposefully leave out?

How delightful are you prepared to be?
