We’re often trying to add more:
- What new products can we sell?
- What new services can we offer?
- What new customers can we onboard?
All well and good; I am in sales. No objeections.
But, adding is not sustainable by itself.
When was the last time your company had a meeting about what it can remove?
- What shouldn’t we be selling?
- What services are not delivering?
- Who should we stop working for?
