Removal Day

We’re often trying to add more:

  • What new products can we sell?
  • What new services can we offer? 
  • What new customers can we onboard? 

All well and good; I am in sales. No objeections. 

But, adding is not sustainable by itself. 

When was the last time your company had a meeting about what it can remove? 

  • What shouldn’t we be selling? 
  • What services are not delivering? 
  • Who should we stop working for?
