Lack Of Comittment

At the root of many failures is a lack of comittment.

Were the terms clear at the start? 

Was the goal stated? 

Did both sides invest something? 

What promises were made? 

These things don’t require lawyers or fine print. 

They don’t even have to be in writing. 

But they do have to be agreed to.
