Selling Time & Attention

Sometimes, as consumers, we feel pulled to purchase something before we even get in front of the product.

For example, we’ve been conditioned through many years of walking through airports that there will be many shops.

So, naturally, when we have a few minutes, it makes that we should … shop.

It’s a cognitive bias, because we feel that there must be something for us here.

What have you ever bought in an airport that brought you lasting joy?

This is just one example.

We are all consumers.

But we are also all vendors, of our time & attention.

Don’t ever give that away for free, without noticing.
