There are certain, important, things about running a business that, while I was in that position, I didn’t know how to do.
Now that I am in a mid-level position, I am able to see how much I don’t know.
And, don’t want to.
You see, having a good grasp of the big picture is an asset, no matter what your job.
But if your job is to master the big picture, then, you had better be a master of it.
If it’s not, then a lack of knowledge can actually help you.
