A couple of things I’ve been doing in my home kitchen lately:
1. Eating Tiger Nuts & baking with Tiger Nut Flour
A Tiger Nut is not a nut, it’s actually a small tuber (root vegetable) which is completely Paleo (grain & gluten-free).

Which was super-easy to do, and they tasted great after harvest.
