If It Doesn’t Make You Feel Good

I wonder how negatively one non-organic meal affects my body after eating clean foods consistently.
Probably not much, overall.

And, there is, especially in my case, a strong cognitive bias. Not only do I think that organic foods make me feel good because I eat them all the time, and I do feel good, but I also work in the industry & write about the topic.

So, how much of my feeling ‘bad’ after a ‘sad’ meal is real, and how much is exaggerated by my brain?

I’m not so sure that it matters.

I mean, I could take a blood test, or, perform a workout to get some kind of gauge, but, that’s unnecessary.

The bottom line is, if it doesn’t make you feel good, don’t do it.
