On Bringing Out A Smile

Lack of reaction on my face does not mean I’m not listening with my heart.
What you have to say may be good; it may be bad; it may be both.

I think it’s more important to process thoughtfully, then deal with it in the best possible manner.

That’s much more likely to bring out a smile than anything else.
