“How Do You Have The Time To Blog Every Day?”

It’s recommended that you rest between three and five minutes in between work sets, if you are doing any kind of power or olympic weightlifting (as I do).
I wrote this blog post, as well as the previous two, on the bottom of my workout chart in pencil during the rest periods of my Sunday evening workout.

If you’re anything like me, you probably write several emails every day. You probably have thoughts every day. Thoughts that you may want to share.

You’ve got the time to blog. You’re already doing it. You’re just not publishing it onto a website yet.
