I can only say what works for me. I have no idea if this will work for you.
When I feel lost in a sea of work, I stop.
Rather than keep pushing through the day’s tasks, I look to the end.
For example, what time do I have to leave today? What’s on my plate tomorrow?
You see, as a rule, there is NEVER enough time in the day to do all that you have to do.
That’s a rule. You cannot change that.
All you can do is acknowledge how much time you have, and plan within that.
You only have one hour left. How will you use it?
