If I were to post the list of projects that I am currently working on, and those that I plan to work on soon, you would wonder, where do I find the time?
In fact, a friend asked me that yesterday.
Here’s the thing. I know that I take on too many things. It’s one of my weaknesses.
So I am practicing saying ‘no’ to some. Whether that means telling someone else, or myself, ‘no, I can’t do this now.’
But I’m telling you: you do have the time.
Because when you ask me ‘where do you find the time’, you’re really asking me ‘how can I make more time for myself to do that?’
You can find a way.
You can cut or push everything else that’s not as important away.
The key word being important.
Looking at the big list of projects is not how you move them forward.
Start small, only with what you can do today, then go from there.
Just one little thing, on one project.
It starts to compound over time, but don’t worry about that right now.
What’s the project that you don’t have time for?

I’ll reply with one small step to get you started. Today.
