Try to imagine that as you walk down the street, you are walking through water.
We forget that air is matter, perhaps because we so easily part through it every day, and have done so for so long.
In doing so we forget how significant air is. Even our breathing is involuntary, unless, of course, you practice yoga or meditation.
It’s not a solid or a liquid but, it’s there. And when you breathe it in, it becomes a part of you after it enters your lungs.
You are connected, physically, to the air that surrounds this planet, and by extension, everything else on this planet.
Every drop of water, plant, animal, and piece of garbage is connected. How, I’m not sure exactly, but there is no denying that the connection exists.
No matter what you are going through today, you are still a part of this world.
Take a deep breath, and remember that the world would most definitely miss you if you were gone.
