(Profanity in this 30 second clip)
I have been guilty of this, I’m sorry to admit.
I’m a white guy who likes to sing and dance in his car. I’ve frozen up and stone-faced myself when pulling up next to a car of other white people.
I don’t know what I was afraid of. Looking like a fool? Getting car-jacked?
Racism exists on many levels. It doesn’t always mean a cross-burning.
I’m starting to realize how many of the fears I was taught from age zero until now were not my own. They were put in me. They’re not real.
Just keep dancing, dude.
